How long does an order take to process? 

Typically, orders ship out within 1 - 3 business days from the order date. However, some orders may take up to 4 business days to process. Please not, Saturday, Sunday, or holidays are not included in business days. Due to COVID-19, we are experiencing a slight delay in order processing. Orders subject to a delay may require an additional 2 business days to process. 

We work hard to ensure all orders are delivered within a timely manner. Please keep in mind, the date are only estimated by USPS. On rare occurrences, packages may arrive outside of the estimated time frame previously provided. 

How long does shipping take?

Shipping usually takes 3 - 5 business days (not including Sundays or holidays)  to arrive via USPS or UPS as long as their are no delays with the shipping company. 

Order processing time and shipping time are not the same

Do you have a size guide? 

We don't have a designated size guide however, every item we carry has a bit of a different fit though the majority are true to size. You can find most accurate sizing when choosing your size for each product. 

How do I change or cancel my order? 

We do not allow cancelations of orders, because we do not issue refunds unless their has be a mistake on our end in regards to product quality or availability. 

I have two coupon codes, can I combine them? 

Coupon codes and/or promotions cannot be combined to the same order.

What happens if I forgot to apply my coupon code? 

Unfortunately, we are unable to manually apply a discount to an order once it's been placed. However, the code can be applied to a future order if it's still valid at the time of purchase.

Why isn't my coupon code working? 

Accuracy: Have you entered the code correctly? Our codes are case sensitive, try copying and pasting the code into the Promo Code box just before checkout.

Expired Date: Please look at the terms and conditions of the discount code to make sure the offer is still valid. 

Eligible Item: From time to time we offer discount codes for selected items only and this will be stated in the terms and conditions of the discount code. 

Unique Code: If you are lucky enough to receive a unique code from us, please note that it cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount code and the code can only be used one. 

How do I track my package?

Your tracking conformation is sent via email or text as soon as your order ships. If you haven't received an email, please be sure to check your spam folder. Additionally, orders are shipped via USPS & UPS. 

I placed an order, but there hasn't been any movement in the tracking?

Most orders leave our shipping warehouse within 48 business hours after the order is fulfilled (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays). In super rare instance we may run out of popular items while processing your order. To avoid canceling your order, it will be held until the item is available and your order is fulfilled. If this is the case, you will send you an email notifying you of the delay. 

Why has my order been canceled? 

While It is rare that you order will be canceled. However, if your do receive a notification of your order being cancelled it may be because of one of the reasons below:

1. The item(s) ordered are unavailable to ship and does not have an anticipated restock date.

2. The billing information you provided does not match your cards registered billing address. 

3. Your order was flagged by our system as high risk and you've failed to respond to the email with valid verification documents. 

If your order has been cancelled and refunded please allow 3 - 10 business days for the funds to appear on your banking statement. 

How do I return or exchange an item?

Why is my card declining? 

Check the billing information you're entering and be sure it matches what you have on file with your bank. If the funds have come out of your account and your order has not been complete. please contact your bank and they'll reverse the transaction as it has not been completed on our end. If you keep running into an issue, checkout with one our alternative payment methods.

What is preordering and how long will it take my order to arrive? 

Preordering allows you to secure your item of interest before it is available, preordered items can take up to 2 - 3 weeks to arrive to us and ship out to you.
