Shipping policy
SHIPPING
All packages are shipped via USPS or UPS. All orders are processed in the order that their received. Please allow at least 1 - 5 business days for your order to be processed not including weekends or holidays. All orders are subject to processing time that is separate from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination. Depending on a number of factors, domestic and international orders may take up to 3 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays) to process.
After your order has been shipped you will receive all tracking information regarding your order. Package will arrive between 1-3 business days after being shipped as long as no delays occur with the shipping company.
Orders placed using OVERNIGHT shipping must be placed before 12:00PM CST. Your package will arrive one day after the order was shipped.
Once the package is out of our possession we are no longer liable or responsible for it, for any reason what so ever (If lost, stolen, or misplaced.) You may submit a claim to shipping@lacheelx.com but, their is no guarantee you will receive a refund or replacement for you order.
LOCAL DELIVERY
Local delivery is ONLY available to those who live within a 11 mile radius of the pickup location if otherwise the items can be shipped or picked up in person.
All items go out for delivery within 5 minutes to 1hr after ordered, those who select local delivery option will receive a notification either by email or text of when their items are out for delivery. They also will receive either a call or text from the delivery driver of when they've arrived with their order, in which the customer will either receive the package via direct contact or left at their drop off location in which they will receive a picture of the delivered package.
Those who select the cash on delivery (COD) method of payment payment when opting for delivery, must respond to the confirmation text or email before their order will be out for delivery. If their is no response within 1hr of the order being place the order will be cancelled and must be replaced by the customer if they would still like the item.
LOCAL PICKUP
If you select the local pickup option and your item is paid in full, you have 7 business days to pick your item up. If the items are not picked up before then, you will be issued a store credit and we will deduct a 10% restocking fee from your refund.
If you choose the local pick up option along with the cash on delivery (COD) option you have until 10:00PM the same days as the order was placed to pickup and pay the balance of your order or it will be canceled unless discussed otherwise.
When your order is ready for pickup you'll receive a notification telling you so and to let us know when you've arrived so it can be brought to you. Anyone who shows before receiving the notification is subject to wait times longer than expected or having to return at a later time.
