Refund policy
NO REFUNDS
If you do not like your item for any reason, we are only able to issue you a store credit for the total amount of your purchased item excluding tax & shipping once the item is returned and received by us.
Item must be returned in its original condition (meaning unworn, unwashed, no stains, odors, rips, tears, must contain original tags, and packaging) before store credit can be issued.
Shipping fees will not be credited unless your returning an item due to our mistake
Please note a 10% restocking fee may be applicable

Refunds (if applicable)
Full refunds are issued if their has been a mistake on our end, which includes being overcharged for an item or if an item is out of stock but you have been charged for the item any how.
Full refunds are also issued in the case that we have deemed your order fraudulent or if we have declined your payment method due being supplied with incorrect billing information.
Refunds can take 1 - 10 business days not including weekends or holidays to appear back on your card once issued.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded or credited, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or credited unless their was a mistake on our end.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We Offer a 14 day exchange window for our customers, the item must be in its original condition meaning (meaning unworn, unwashed, no stains, odors, rips, tears, must contain original tags, and packaging) before an exchange can be granted.
If there is a cost difference between the exchanged items, the difference must be paid by the customer in full. Customers are only allowed one exchange per order.
If a customer has received a damaged item, the customer must send evidence of damage to us within in the first hour of receiving the item.
Due to COVID we are NOT allowing exchanges for our facial coverings (mask)

Shipping
To return your product, you should email info@lacheelx.com and we'll get back to you with further instructions.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you've receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you're located, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
